Our Business Summary
Real Estate transactions can get very complicated. RELAX!! Whatever it is, we have seen it a hundred times before. We both achieved the goal of being designated as a "Certified Residential Specialist" by the National Association of Realtors, the world's largest trade organization. Less than 4% of all Realtors nationwide have qualified for this CRS designation. Robby has served on the Ethics and Arbitration committees of two different Realtor Associations for over nine years. Carol has served as the MLS Chairperson and on the Board of Directors for two different Realtor Associations for 8 years. Carol was awarded as the "Realtor of the Year" in 2012 in an Association of Realtors with over 4,000 Realtor members; and, only one Realtor of the Year. That was quite an honor. Being a Realtor has never been a part-time endeavor for either of us. We have been involved in hundreds and hundreds of real estate transactions. I am very proud of what we accomplished. Robby has been approved to provide "expert" testimony in a Brevard County circuit court to provide accurate property valuation of real property. In addition, from 2003 to 2007 Robby was hired by the Beal Bank of Arlington, Texas for appraisal follow-up reports on Florida properties that included single-family residential properties, multi-family residential properties, large commercial properties, shopping plazas, marinas, and large plots of developed and undeveloped vacant land. The Beal Bank is an investment bank that purchased mortgages from several Florida chartered banks during this time.
We began our real estate careers as Agents for RE/MAX in 1997. We quickly became designated by RE/MAX as "Top Producing Agents" and were inducted into the RE/MAX 100% Club for the following 15 straight years. In our 16th year, we opened Pioneer Properties, a real estate brokerage company. We suffered a serious setback in 2018, resulting in a decision to sell Pioneer Properties. Carol went through a period of rehabilitation in 2018-19. Afterward, we decided to take some time off. We returned to a reduced schedule in 2022 and have discovered a way to provide a better way to provide superior one-on-one service to our clients. Today, Robby handles most of the back-end operations and the property management sector of our company while Carol is the "out front" initial contact person. Together we offer all of our clients a unique personal service while seeing to it no details are being missed.
We are "full speed ahead." We intend to limit our service to a smaller physical area and not divide our time by hiring and training other agents. This will allow us to provide an unparalleled professional service to each transaction. Some big changes are coming to the real estate business.
